when i think about mental health i can't help but correlate it to spirituality. the reason why i correlate the two is abstract, but i can simplify my belief. no two minds perceive the world the same. no two minds agree on every single matter, and if so i believe that is extremely rare. the spirit, your soul may be fighting things you have no idea about. the spirit affects the mind. let's talk about Jesus, he was a man with no sin, his spirit was holy... his spirit is the holy spirit, this is why we can fellowship with the holy spirit, this is why Jesus is... continuing Yeshua casted out mental illness from people "mad" people, he casted demons out of their body. Mary was once Lilith, she had rage, she would have episodes but her spirit was being tormented. she was human, we are flesh, the flesh dies, the flesh is decaying, the flesh will one day meet its end. demons/evil can affect the spirit when it is in its human form. the spirit is "new" as the body is also new. the experience is NEW. the new body must be nurtured, the mind must be nurtured, and it begins with the spirit. our mind and our hearts is how the spirit is able to "manifest", it is how we are, who we are. our emotions are from our hearts and after the death of Christ Jesus, the words are written on our hearts. the devil attacks the mind to confuse the heart, the devil attacks you in the spirit (dream state), to confuse your heart and your mind. i know men and women who have been forced in a way to surrender life and give in to their vices because of the strong attacks coming from the enemy, in our life time those who speak up, those who fight back, those who stand are deemed crazy, are deemed erratic, are deemed insane, but these might be beings who know they must fight, fight for others who cannot fight. we are not all knowing but if you are willing to JUST DO IT, just say it, God can use you. God doesn't care about how humanity is looking at a person, God is not a human, God isn't in a box. the human being is not perfect, nor should we strive to be. we should strive to be our very best, we should strive to seek more of the holy spirit, Jesus, and God. we should strive to be there for people in ways we would like for others to be there for us. when we put people in this western box that is psychology you are disconnecting the people from spirituality, you are making people feel as if something is wrong with them on a MENTAL level but it is deeper than that, this is on a SPIRITUAL level. we must be kind, show humanity to one another, the things we feel are real. people play dirty games in the spirit, God didn't like it back then and he isn't a fan now. instead of pointing the finger look at all the fingers that point back at you. it is normal to get upset if we feel we were wrong, is it better to express anger using words or actions. society makes people feel as if we have to cover up ourselves when in reality we are suppressing what needs to be expressed. we need to hear others say hey i've been there before, hey it's going to be alright, hey God loves you, hey if you need me i am here, you can talk to me, you can talk to God whenever you want, you can write him letters, you can tell him everything and he will help you. as humans we need to be there for one another, it is a cruel world & anyone deem crazy in my opinion may have just needed to be loved and heard. we all have our moments, they say psychologist are the craziest people... my grandparents words lol but we are not perfect, and we all play the blame game, but let's be accountable and help those who need it. help those who can hear you, help those who don't know where to start.
