We live in a society where everyone wants to appear a certain way... I too was this way.
I focused on the outside and didn't deal with issues with my insides.
Everyone always called me pretty so even though I was insecure that layer of superficiality gave me a boost.
I blamed others for my issues, I am human nonetheless.
The truth is, it is about self love but you cant do SELF LOVE without GOD.
There is a chain of command, and everything/everyone answers to God first.
It's not an easy road like Buju Banton sung, it's not but there's peace in sticking to it.
See we each have a personality, and on top of our personality we add our environment.
See our nature is our heart Romans 2:15, although not fully cleansed there is hope to feel peace and joy in our unique nature.
Although sometimes the nurture or our environment may test us and delay us God is that necessary ingredient that WILL push us through.
God's words are written for all to see.
It is important to work on your issues but speak with God to truly help you.
You don't take your Iphone to the Samsung store just because they make phones.
You don't read the instructions of changing your car's oil to make chicken.
Meaning that only God can help you along with your efforts.
God can bless anyone he wants to, remember Saul.
A perceived earthly blessing can never supersede the anointing of God in combination with repentance, kindness and humility.
Corinthians 1:31 & 13:4.
There's areas that we can all mature in.
Everyone follows trends which is cool, it's human nature.
However there's a certain level of awareness and the word of God we must obtain. The word of God and prayer will push you through tough battles.
See Jesus said it himself, he granted his disciples the gifts of signs and wonder and he gave us the words.
Words are so powerful, some people even started to scare some people (i fell for it too) by saying words form curses on our lives and everyone started saying Grand Rising but WHO JAH BLESS NO MAN CURSE.
God is spirit and our life source, thank God everyday.
Honor the words.
Be humble.
Be kind.
Respect everyone.
Forgive.
Speak the truth.
Face your vices by yourself with God.
For the good of all and to the harm of none.
