Cycle Living

Cycle Living

At this moment we are creating the life we will live in the future. The average person wakes up Monday-Friday, follows a morning routine and goes to work. On the weekends some may party, some may sleep in, some may practice there hobbies, and others focus on their goals.

These goals are fuel that urge us to break certain life cycles.

Every aspect of your life can be looked at as a cycle.

I'll give you an example, when I started my fitness journey I had no idea what I was doing because I had never seen it done before. I was determine to break out of my cycle of laziness. I reached that goal and entered a new cycle of CONSISTENCY.

A small adjustment went a long way.

Every deposit made into a goal is contributing to the final product.

As humans we may have moments that we may feel like giving up on everything. In that moment I urge you to breathe, think about your progress, and analyze your experiences.

When you start diving into your memory think about how many deposit you made towards that goal.

After you have that in your mind appreciate the progress.

It's important to keep track of your goals and the steps you are taking to reach that goal. For most things it will require you to change a current habit of doing/not doing. Once you start implementing changes to your current cycle you are exposed to a new cycle of living.

During the transition process of leaving that old cycle and fully embodying the new one we will struggle.

The struggle is what test us, and shows you how far you have come and how far you have to go.

The most linear thing about life is the fact that we complete a sun cycle and add that to the last time we did it.

We often meet people who keep the same mentality they had in high school. Living the same life over and over again. We have a choice every day to live the life we want.

These are keys to reaching goals:

-BE CONSISTENT

-HAVE FAITH

-BE PATIENT

-TRACK PROGRESS

I'm curious on the readers thoughts on this piece and to answer a question below,

what is your perception of time?
