I LOOOVEEE a Chia Banana Boost smoothie but this is a remix.

This is an antioxidant goodie, sweeten to taste, but we got dates.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of spinach

2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds 

1/2 bar of DARK chocolate

2 tbsp of chia, flax, and hemp seeds

1 1/2 cup of oats milk 

1 cup of strawberries

1 cup of blueberries and raspberries

5 dates

   

       

Theres no instruction besides bottoms up, or straw me up please.

ohhhh add whip cream & some coconut flakes. (honey drizzle)

 

These ingredients were chosen for hair growth, but they help the body too.
